| Use only oils for hydraulic mechanisms of approved type. All the oils recommended from the constructor of the excavator are suitable to work on the hammer. Other types of liquid for hydraulic mechanisms can be only employed after having obtained the authorization from PMV PROMOVE.
Check the oil filter. The duct of return of the hydraulic system must have an oil filter. Exception made for demolishers P3p, P3ps, P5p, P5ps,P6p, P6ps, P24ps, P32PS, P38ps, the loss of charge in the return circuit of the system hammer must not exceed the 3 Bars. |
| To control constantly the temperature of the oil pressure, wich doesn't have to exceed 80° in hydraulic mechanisms.
If in the tank an exceeded temperature is caught up, it must be istalled an heat exchanger. To fill up the single accumulator with nitrogen. Be sure that the accumulator doesn't filled up with no other type of gas (for example air or oxygen). It's very important to make a control for the pressure before open the nitrogen accumulator: the pressure has to be completely unloaded through the drainage screw put on the same accumulator.
The serial number for all the models is printed in proximity of the send circuit connection. |
| The hydraulic connection of the demolishers to the excavator
is made with flexible pipes (hoses)in rubber material. these hoses are connected
to the excavator through taps of send and return circuits, knitted to the arm of
the machine, for the other end to the hydraulic demolisher. The connection of the
hoses to the demolisher can be made through nipples
or nipples or oscillating junctions. The indicated send junction is marked with IN acronym.
These acronyms are printed in proximity' of the connection junctions. Demolishers P3SH - P4SH - P5P5 - P5PS - P12SH have the send junction to right and the return on the left. Demolishers P6SH - P14SH - P16SH - P23SH - P27SH - P32PS have the send one on the left and the return on the right. On all the models is applied moreover a nameplate with CE brand , in respect of the European constructive principles. |
