| The fundamental rule to be respected for a long duration of the demolisher is the constant maintenance. The greasing of the bit must be carried out every two hours by a hand lubrication pump containing the molybdenum bisulphide.
If such operation is carried out with an automatic greasing device, the level of the grease in the container must be periodically controlled and the functioning verifyed. If the device doesn't work for a certain lap of time do the greasing manually. |

| Check of the screw logons of the demolisher subject to intense stress caused by the vibrations; |
| Check of the integrity of the tool locker; |
| Check of the rubber duct; |
| Check of the integrity of the linkages; |
| Check of the freddom degree of the bit inside its lodging; |
| Check of the tip wear; if it is worn off under the concurred diameters, proceed to its substitution; |
| Control the diameter of usury rings (where previewed), with the concurred diameters; |
| Check of the integrity of the framework; |
